Russians, Finns, Americans Oh My!

Well SPS Fans,

We are back with another big commission, this one is from one of my regular customers. One thing that is cool is that a bunch of them have gotten together to ship down three different armies. Which I have to say I like since it gives me something different to paint.

Well enough about that, here is the finished product:

So there you go, another one done, and another one goes onto the paint table (Russian Navy figures in 15mm). So if your looking to get some figures painted, then SPS is your place.

Remember, "Unpainted Mini's Die Faster Than Painted Ones" thats a fact!

New Year, New Commissions!

Well,

It was a great 2011 year for SPS, and we are starting off 2012 on the right foot. I took the holiday period off from painting since I knew I would be tied up with the holidays, but we are back in full swing and here is the first commission of 2012, Easterlings for Lord of the Rings.

This was a rather small commission, but we take any size projects and can work with you if you are on a tight budget. So if your toy soldiers are feeling neglected because they have no paint on them, being ridiculed by their painted breathern, than drop us a line, we will be more than happy to help you out.

After all, we all know that unpainted miniatures die first on the tabletop!

More Lord of the Rings

Okay,

Another small commission down, this one was nice to paint. so here you go.

Well, with the Holidays coming up, Saguaro Paint will still be accepting commissions, in fact, this is the first time that there is nothing on the paint bench right now. So if your thinking of getting some figures painted, this is the perfect opportunity.

So Happy Thanksgiving folks...

Paras, Finns and Germans Oh My!

Well,

Been busy here at Saguaro Paint, here is the next commission that has been completed, this one was actually three folks wrapped into one commission. My primary customer had one of his buddies send stuff down as well as his brother.

First up some US 155 Guns and crews.

Here is a US Para Mortar platoon.

Here are a few German vehicles, the Radio Truck was supplied by the customer to match paint the other vehicles too.

Next up are a few Panthers.

Next is a SU to be used as a captured Finnish vehicle.

Speaking of Finns, here is a Rifle Platoon.

And here are a few more captured T-34's for the Finns.

I also did 3 P47's for the first time, these are the Battlefront models. They are nice but the only down side is the Decals that they supply are the worst I have seen. When I went to apply the tail numbers, they fell apart in the water and could not be saved.

So there you go, another commission down, another one is on the desk. If your thinking of using Saguaro Paint, send us an e-mail to get your minis in the paint queue.

Warmaster Orc & Goblins

Well,

Have been busy here at Saguaro Painting, have completed two commissions, one a large Realm of Battle table for my local store, here is a link to the one I painted for myself in the same colors.

Then we have a Warmaster Orc & Goblin army, this was a fun little commission to paint and was a change of pace from the FoW stuff I have painted. So here is the efforts of my work.

So we are still accepting commissions, currently there is only one commission on the table now and remember, unpainted miniatures die quicker than painted miniatures!

Finns and Paras

Well,

Been awhile and we are still busy here at SPS, have had a few commissions come in and go out, been to busy to take pictures and get them up here.

Well here is the latest one of my good customers sent down some Finnish troops as well as some American Paratroopers. First up are the Finns.

Next up are the Americans, the customer had me paint up 4 M18's for his army, I would hate to face these guys (especially since I play Mid War DAK stuff!)

Here are two group shots of each group.

There you go, now I need to get back to painting...
